Shipping Policy

We do everything we can to deliver your order to your home as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information regarding our shipping, delivery times, and costs.

Shipping methods & delivery time

We ship exclusively within the Netherlands and Belgium and work with reliable carriers.

  • Netherlands: delivery time 1–2 working days

  • Belgium: delivery time 2–3 working days

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 are processed and shipped the same day.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can easily track your package.

Packaging

Your order is packed with care to prevent damage during transport.

Postage costs

  • Netherlands: €5.99

  • Belgium: €5.99

  • Free shipping on orders over €60

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.

Delays

Although we do our best to deliver everything on time, delays can sometimes occur due to busy carriers or public holidays. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Return and exchange policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, you can easily return your order under the following conditions.

Unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.

  • The return must be registered within 30 days of receipt.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return costs

  • The costs of return shipping are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

For hygienic reasons, opened or used products unfortunately cannot be returned.
